Music is a path to connect to the higher realms within us. It has the potential to evoke our creativity, love, and the potential to share with others. Music is the foundation within each life form – in vibration akin to love and joy! And because the whole world is made of sound and rhythm, playing or listening to music connects us to all pervasive powers in our universe. Humans would find it challenging to evolve in their spirituality, creativity, or social skills without music. Our work focuses on rhythm. The TaKeTiNa Rhythm Process we have developed over the last forty years provides a field in which anyone is able to connect with the primal power of rhythm.
Rhythm is a great tool for the human evolution. Participants of TaKeTiNa workshops are guided into multi-layered rhythm experiences. Allowing individuals to access the state of “Here” and “Now”. Every time someone loses rhythm and finds their way back into it, the mind becomes empty and still – the state of timelessness. From this state of inner silence and detachment, they are able to recognize the play of illusion – the world of duality. The heart opens naturally and people regain a sense of what they essentially are: a stream of love.
The practical experience of music cannot be replaced by simply listening. Therefore, the TaKeTiNa process works with the body as a musical instrument. This experience opens the pathway for people who have even never played a musical instrument. Participants can access music directly and connect to its source of power – joy and wisdom.
