Interview:
Music is a universal key created by God to unlock true worship through the outpouring of ones heart, soul, and spirit. Music is also the key to unlocking expressions that can’t otherwise be expressed with just words. In the Old Testament, we read how young David would play music for King Saul to calm his tormented spirit and evil would flee with this music. Anointed music has a way of penetrating even the hardest heart and the wiriest soul. In most religious gatherings, music usually precedes the sermon because music has a way of preparing the heart for the message. A spoonful of sugar makes the medicine go down easier. We can relate to music and how it pertains to something we are currently going through or something from our past. As a band, Kronicles uses the power of music to portray the power of God’s love. Music has changed people’s lives and as long as it continues to be made, it will continue to do so.
