Interview:

First and foremost, we are Satanists into Metal music and not vice versa. We do regard our band as a tool of Satanic manipulation; which provides the best option we have for creating change in a great number of people’s perception of the world, and just as within whichever part of the sphere of psychodrama, it is difficult on getting into detailed analyses on what forces there are at play when we are at work, these are forces we do not to a full extent comprehend ourselves. I regard us just as much as tools as masters of the game ourselves.

We have a Gesamtkunst approach to what we do, this can be seen in our live shows, our studio recordings, our music videos, and in our every day life. Have a look at what the Catholic Christians are up to these days, when keeping their seven sacraments, to keep it short: within more or less a common framework shared with them, inverting what they do should pretty much give you a clue on what we aim at. Music, magic, and fine arts are among the most powerful keys to initiate changes in people’s emotional life.

This is also where we start reaching for people’s spirituality and exploring questions in the most fundamental form of existential issues. Another approach would be to write a book providing more cognitive alterations in people’s minds. Gorgoroth is what we are best at: Satanic manipulation through music, culture, and psychodrama.
