Interview:
Spirituality is born out of an uneasy longing. There’s an awareness of a desire inside to be connected to something bigger than myself an awareness that I am missing something. Music connects me to those longings in a way that gets to the heart of that emptiness. Music! Before lyrics stirs the emotions hard to identify in the early stages. It bypasses our intellect when it is really good. Music highlights an awareness of something greater to be perceived than what we can get at on the surface. It confirms that there is something beyond what I can see and touch physically. So in it’s application I can stir my passion in every direction and get at a recognition of my own needs.
“Music highlights an awareness of something greater.”
