Interview:

Music is a universal language that anyone on Earth can understand. Even nature reflects musical elements of rhythm and pitch. I believe that God created music as a gift to us. It has power to penetrate the soul. Whether it be a form of individual expression, a tool to motivate or inspire, an atmosphere to enhance our moods, or even just an opportunity to be entertained, music plays an instrumental role in our very existence. While some would argue that the very melody of a song may maintain a sense of morality, I personally would hold to the thought that morality of a song only comes to light when lyrics are added. However, I would add that by the very use of the musical tools that God has granted us, music in itself can be a form of worship to Him.
